Sensei Weng has been described as a karateka who loves the Art and shows a true passion and desire aiming to be the best version of himself. His experience in competition spans all 4 events, kata, weapons, fighting and self-defense.

Was a part of Team Powerzone led by Coach Andre Richardson and Team Wrayted, led by Kodaq Wray, Sensei Weng has taken the opportunity to experience competition on many different levels, in his quest to become a better martial artist.

Kata
Traditional Japanese

Kata originated from the practice of paired attack and defence drills by ancient Chinese martial artists, these were known as the "five form fists patterns". These were brought to Okinawa and were later used as the foundations for new kata.
